MRX 8K A/V Receivers

The fourth-generation MRX 540 8K, 740 8K and 1140 8K combine processing and amplification in one chassis, with Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, IMAX Enhanced, 8K/4K120 HDMI and ARC Genesis. They're the right choice for most media rooms.

AVM 8K A/V Processors

The AVM 70 8K and AVM 90 8K are preamp/processors for dedicated theatres. Pair them with Anthem MCA or STR power amplifiers for more headroom, larger Atmos layouts and precise multi-subwoofer bass management.

        Anthem components engineered in Canada

        Canadian Engineering

Anthem has designed high-performance audio electronics in Canada for decades and shares acoustic research with Paradigm, one of the country's best-known speaker makers. That's why Anthem and Paradigm pair so naturally in the systems we install for Ottawa homes.

        Anthem Room Correction (ARC)

ARC Genesis measures how your room affects the sound with a calibrated microphone, then corrects boomy bass and uneven response. Aura's technicians run and verify ARC at every installation, so your theatre sounds right from the very first scene you play.

        Built to Last

Anthem builds its components with robust power supplies, quality parts and generous cooling, then supports them with regular firmware updates. We pair that with clean, well-ventilated racks and ongoing local support from our Ottawa team, so your system keeps performing for years.

Hear Anthem in our Ottawa showroom. We serve Orleans, Kanata and Gatineau and match big-retailer pricing. Call (613) 830-6787.
Do you install Anthem receivers in Ottawa?
Yes. Aura Design designs, installs and calibrates Anthem home theatre systems in Ottawa, Orleans, Kanata, Rockland and Gatineau.
Should I choose an Anthem MRX receiver or an AVM processor?
An MRX 8K receiver suits most media rooms. For dedicated theatres with larger Atmos layouts or demanding speakers, an AVM 70 or AVM 90 processor with separate amplifiers gives more headroom.
What does Anthem Room Correction (ARC) do?
ARC Genesis measures how your room affects the sound and corrects boomy bass and uneven response. We run and verify it at every installation.
        Is Anthem a Canadian company?
Yes. Anthem is designed and engineered in Canada and is a sister brand of Paradigm, so the two pair naturally.
Can I hear Anthem before buying?
Yes. Book a demo in our showroom at 1344 Youville Dr, Ottawa. We also match big-retailer pricing.
